How To Use It?

1. Dilution: Add approximately 10 drops of the Silca Herb concentrate to about 125 ml (half a glass) of lukewarm water.
2. Rinsing: Swish the diluted solution around your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Spitting: Spit out the mouthwash after use. Do not swallow it.
4. Frequency: Use the mouthwash twice daily, typically after brushing your teeth, or as advised by your dentist.
